By accessing or using the NRI Adda application ("Service"), available at www.nrifam.com and through our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

NRI Adda is a community platform for Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) that provides features including but not limited to: professional directory, community forums, job listings, marketplace, event management, matrimony profiles, travel companions, emergency contact vault, and related services.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

By providing your phone number and creating an account, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from NRI Adda for: • One-time passwords (OTP) for account verification and login • Account security alerts • Service notifications you have opted into Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by updating your notification settings. You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Impersonate any person or entity • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service • Use automated means to access the Service without permission • Upload malicious code or content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Service. By posting content, you grant NRI Adda a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that you have all necessary rights to share it.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by NRI Adda and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. NRI Adda does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not endorse or verify any user-generated content, professional listings, job postings, or marketplace items.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NRI Adda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
